On Privacy
At Markins, we value our customers and respect their privacy. All
personal information provided is used solely to ensure the best possible e-commerce
experience for you. Your information is intended solely for use by our customer
service department in their pursuit of achieving the highest level of customer
satisfaction possible.
We will not sell or provide any list containing customer information of any
sort to any third party for any purpose. We are committed to protecting your
privacy. If security or privacy is still of concern to you, simply complete our
on-line order form, print, and fax it to us. If you prefer, you can also call
604-534-0685, and place your order by telephone. If you have any questions

On Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent
upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped
within 24 hours of receiving your order. All orders are shipped via UPS, and
when available, the tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as
your product ships. We don't ship to APO's or POB's or to hotels. No orders
are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every
effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due
to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on
backorder, substitute another item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically
computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket,
and you have the option to choose from different methods of UPS delivery before checkout.
On Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange
or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 10 days, subject
to a return authorization from us. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking
fee. If the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete
and not in mint condition, we reserve the right to increase the restocking
fee. For an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) call Customer Service
at 604-534-0685. All returns require an authorization number. Please note that
an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject
to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory
condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty
cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. We will charge you for replacement
of damaged, altered, missing contents or cartons. We reserve the right to
refuse any such returns. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty
of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer
Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any merchandise returned
to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight
prepaid. We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
